Yoga Session

The day starts off with a tea coming from Erda tea grown locally in wine country.  We will then move into a yoga practice with Andrea Bogart followed by a grounding mediation led by Sarah Anderson.

From there you can wander the property, get lost in the flower garden, meet up with some of the farm animals and enjoy some space to reconnect with yourself.  We will then have a nourishing Vedic inspired lunch prepared by Nathalie Niksa of La Saison Napa Valley.  She will be basing her menu on what is available in the 5th Street Farm garden and is know for preparing meals that really fuel and energize the body.  We will have a little time to digest our food and  Natalie will share her Astrological forcast and what to expect in the coming months.  From there we will move into the loft of the barn to experience an incredible sound healing practice that will move you!

Join me for a Happy Halloween Yoga Flow with Sonoma's most sophisticated wine country get-away, MacArthur Place Hotel. These all-level vinyasa yoga sessions thread together a mindful flow linking breath to challenging poses, with an emphasis on intention, alignment, strength, balance and just letting go. This practice is complimentary for hotel guests and our local Sonoma community.

In partnership with Yoga Gives Back, Brittany Bijan hosts a yoga + wine to raise funds to give back. Celebrating International Yoga Day with all the Goddesses out there, we thank you for your support. Fun flow lead by volunteers Andrea Bogart, Brittany Bijan and Lesley Giovannelli.

I'm beyond excited to Co-Host this 60min post game flow on the Dodger Stadium Baseball Field with Aura Yoga. All levels are welcome as modifications and challenges will be provided to accommodate the beginners to the advanced! I'm delighted to get to share my passion for yoga with all of you!
